Mais um texto sobrEscrito... Eu o escrevi baseado no poema do escritor norte-americano Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, de 1881:
The tide rises, the tide falls
The tide rises...
and he comes together,
But anyone he finds.
Along the sand, through the light,
he looks for his soulmate...
In vain. She didn’t come.
Whitin the curlew’s crying,
he calls: “I wish you were here”.
Shadows steal the day, blacking the sky.
Waves, on the sea, whispering : WHY ?
Tired dashed hopes fill him completely.
Full of pain, his heart realizes...
There is no return.
It’s time to leave !
